Terms of Service

By creating an account, using any feature of InfinityIllusion (the "Platform"), or clicking "I Agree" during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must not be legally prohibited from using the Platform, and you must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
• Notify us immediately via the Support Center if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept full responsibility for all actions taken under your account, whether by you or anyone using your credentials.
• Provide truthful and accurate information at registration and keep it updated.

You are fully liable for any damages caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to do any of the following:

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, credit forfeiture, and legal action where applicable. All violations are logged with timestamped evidence.

The Platform provides AI-powered tools including the Infinity Tutor, Illusions AI assistants, and Infinity Forge. You understand and agree that:

• You are solely and fully responsible for all content you generate, publish, distribute, or act upon using the Platform's AI services.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You must independently verify all AI output before relying on it.
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of any AI-generated content.
• You must not present AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI tools complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction and profession.

Paid subscriptions (Infinity Academy and Infinity Builder) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at checkout.
• Authorize recurring billing until you cancel through the Settings page.
• Understand that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued.
• Accept that credits (Infinity Credits) are non-transferable, non-refundable, and reset according to your plan's monthly cycle.
• Understand that abuse of the credit system, including automated exploitation or rate-limit circumvention, may result in credit forfeiture and account termination without refund.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfinityIllusion disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITYILLUSION, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

You agree that our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid anything, our liability is limited to zero ($0).

You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from acting on AI-generated content without independent verification.

To protect the integrity of the Platform and its users, we actively monitor for abuse, spam, and violations of these Terms. This includes:

• Automated detection of rate-limit abuse, quota exploitation, and suspicious activity patterns.
• Timestamped logging of all detected violations with evidence retained for enforcement and legal purposes.
• Administrative review of flagged accounts with the ability to warn, suspend, ban, or revoke credits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that the account has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfinityIllusion, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or misuse of the Platform or its AI services.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Any content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Platform.
• Any claim that your use of the Platform infringed the rights of any third party.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms, inactivity, or if we determine that your continued use poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

Upon termination, all credits, subscription access, and data associated with your account may be permanently deleted. We are not obligated to retain or return any data after termination.

No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

If you have any questions, concerns, or need to report a violation of these Terms, all support is handled through our in-app Support Center. Simply create a support ticket and our team will respond promptly.
